- Example: A partner from a law firm.
2. Planning and Development
- A former or current municipal planner or architect with experience in PEC’s Official Plan.
- An expert in sustainable land use or heritage conservation.
- Example: Someone previously involved in the planning approvals process for PEC.
3. Finance and Public Budgeting
- A CPA or municipal finance expert who can review and interpret county financials and tenders.
- Someone with experience in capital budgeting or procurement.
- Example: A retired CFO or finance director of a public sector organization.
4. Community Advocates
- Leaders from other residents’ associations (e.g., Milford, Bloomfield).
- Someone active in housing affordability, seniors’ issues, or environmental stewardship.
