- A consolidated table listing all reserve and reserve fund transfers used in the 2026 budget, separated by operating and capital purposes.
- For each reserve or reserve fund used:
- reserve name and stated purpose
- opening balance at the start of 2026
- amount withdrawn or applied in 2026
- amount contributed in 2026 (if any)
- projected closing balance at the end of 2026
- Identification of the specific operating costs or projects funded by each reserve transfer.
- Any Council reports, staff recommendations, policies, or by-laws governing the use of these reserves, including any restrictions on their use.
